These plans stay with the home for the life of the home, all sysyems and equipment are appurtenanced to the home and cannot be transfered to another home or property and will add value to your property if properly maintained. Make sure any plan contains a Wildfire behavior analysis-risk assessment of your home and property. It must as well contain a plan for defensable space and fire protection/suppression systems and equipment.
2. Install your defensable space! Firescape your D-Space and make it a Survivable Space!
3. "Harden Your Home" Fire Resistive Building Construction (new or remodel), Fire Proofing & coatings!
4. Install Interior Fire Sprinklers! Mandatory in some jurisdictions, Provide a Safe and Survivable place for a Shelter in Place senario. NFPA 13D, NFPA 13R.
5. Install Exterior/Exposure Fire Protection Systems.
6. Install Barrier or Landscape Fire Protection Systems!
7. Install Wildfire Monitoring/Early Warning/Detection/Notification systems!
